This power plant produces torque power from the water stream. It can produce 8 times more power than Water Wheel. To get the most of it, get the water into the top input and let it go out from the bottom output. Upgrade terrain around if necessary so that water can get in without leaking around. You can build a couple of Water Turbines in a row and have a great source of power.
