Wind is an invisible but important element of weather in the game. Strong wind affects Wind Mills generating power and also speed of evaporating moisture from the ground. Wind changed during the day and you can see a graph of the wind strength in the right window for the Wind Mills.
During Sandstorms and Heat bursts is wind the most powerful. During Heat waves is wind the weakest.
